What Is Depression?

Feeling low in response to challenging life events is normal, but when these intense feelings of unhappiness and sadness don’t go away over time, this could be depression.

Depression is a very treatable health condition that can affect anyone from all walks of life, regardless of age, race, sex or lifestyle.

On-going symptoms to watch out for –

Physical
Persistent pain
Low energy
Low Libido & Sex Drive
Changes in appetite
Constant Tiredness
Exhaustion
Change in sleep patterns
Restlessness
Alcohol or drug abuse
Emotional
Feelings of guilt
Feelings of Anger and Violence
Lack of interest in things you usually enjoy
Indifference
Feelings of sadness or nervousness
Feelings of loneliness
Desire To Take Risks
Thoughts about death or suicide<
Desire to be alone
